Raw Materials & Formulation

Raw materials for standard POF heat shrink film mainly consist of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plus copolymer polypropylene materials including TPP and PPC. Before formal production, these base resins are fully mixed with specialized functional additives such as anti-fog agents, anti-static modifiers and toughening agents, then manufactured into finished film via advanced multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding technology.

Production Process: Double-Bubble Technology

Each type of raw material is independently melted and extruded through separate precision extruders, then converged inside a custom-designed multi-layer co-extrusion die to form the primary co-extruded base film.

The freshly extruded base film undergoes rapid low-temperature cooling for stable initial shaping.

We conduct precise reheating, secondary bubble blowing and directional stretching procedures to adjust the film's shrink rate, tensile strength and gloss.

Finally forming qualified finished POF heat shrink film rolls, with standardized, strict whole-process controls guaranteeing highly consistent and stable batch-to-batch performance.
