- PVC has chemical costs and harmful by-products that can be detrimental to human and animal health, and its use has been banned in many areas and countries.

- PVC softens and wrinkles at high temperatures and becomes hard and brittle at low temperatures, affecting its shrinkage performance.

- When heated, PVC emits a strong, unpleasant odor that is harmful and irritating.

- While PVC is inexpensive, the use of polyolefin is costly, so it is important to avoid punctures that lead to waste and make efficient use of the material to maximize its utilization.

- The shrinkage rate of PVC is only 20%-30%, and it is not cost-effective.

- Some products cannot be packaged using heat shrink packaging, such as electronic products, chocolate, and ice cream, which require the use of low temperature polyolefin shrink film.

- The packaging speed is slow and cannot achieve continuous high-speed production.
